    Descrição da Função:

    • Participação em projeto de Consultoria em Segurança da Informação;
    • Conhecimentos de como responder e recuperar de incidentes de segurança, incluindo ferramentas (idealmente opensource) a criar e procedimentos a efetuar para esse efeito;
    • Elaboração de documentação relativa aos procedimentos a criar e ferramentas a configurar e usar na resposta e recuperação dos incidentes de segurança;
    • Desenvolvimento e gestão da relação de parceria com os clientes, promovendo a sua satisfação;
    • Participar na melhoria contínua dos processos e projetos.

    Perfil do Candidato - Requisitos Obrigatórios:
    Experiência comprovada na resposta e recuperação a Incidentes de Segurança, incluindo:


    • Definição de processos.
    • Elaboração dos procedimentos associados aos processos com base nas boas práticas.
    • Elaboração de planos de resposta e recuperação (Incident Response Plan). Incluindo definição de cenários e use-cases.
    • Implementação de ferramentas de apoio (baseadas em Open source e/ou Community Edition de produtos comerciais).
    • Experiência na integração com CERT / CSIRT.
    Experiência na implementação ou suporte às tecnologias seguintes (entre outras):


    • Firewalls.
    • Anti-Malware. Incluindo Anti-Ransomware, EDR / XDR.
    • Backup / Restore.
    • Vulnerability Management (VM).
    • Intrusion Prevention System (IPS).
    • Protecção de E-mail.
    • Protecção / segurança de APIs.
    • Protecção de sistemas IoT.
    • Conhecimento de modelos para classificar e descrever ataques e intrusões (Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK por exemplo).
    • Conhecimentos de protocolos de comunicação (TCP/IP v4/v6), SSH, SSL / TLS, HTTP/HTTPS) e mecanismos de cifra.
    • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, escrita e oral, em Inglês.
    • Gestão e liderança de projectos.
    • Coordenação de equipas.
    • Experiência de 8 ou mais anos em Segurança da Informação / Cibersegurança.

    Perfil do Candidato - Requisitos Preferenciais:

    • Conhecimento e experiência com ferramentas de Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).
    • Conhecimentos e experiência na elaboração de DRPs, BCPs com base em RPOs e RTOs.
    • Conhecimento de BPMN e ferramentas de documentação de processos.
    • Conhecimentos de programação com Python.
    • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de Ticketing (RTIR por exemplo).
    • Conhecimentos de normas 27000, NIST, e OWASP.
    • Conhecimentos do QNRCS do CNCS.
    • Conhecimentos da Diretiva NIS.
    Experiência na implementação ou suporte às tecnologias seguintes (entre outras):


    • Sistemas Operativos (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
    • Base de Dados (SQL, NoSQL).
    • Hypervisors and Containers (Dockers, Kubernetes).
    • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM).
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM).
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
    • Key / Certificate Management (KMIP, CA, HSM).
    • Application Security (WAF / RASP / WAAP).
    • Network Access Control (NAC).
    • Balanceadores / Application Delivery Controllers.
    • Gestão de Largura de Banda.
    • Proxies.
    • Sandboxing.
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
    • Segurança Física (Câmaras, Controlo de Acessos).
