     Definir a estratégia e desenho das iniciativas de impacto socialContribuir para o aumento de pessoas com ensino superior em Portugal;Contribuir para mais pessoas com um trabalho melhor e duradouro, através de iniciativas de empregabilidade;Contribuir para que cada vez tenhamos um melhor ecossistema empreendedor e de empresas com crescimento acelerado;Definir e acompanhar os KPIs de impacto social, indicando medidas para atingir os objetivos; Acompanhar a digitalização das Universidades e a adopção da app campus digital Otimização do orçamento de mecenato e seu seguimento Prospeção das maiores carências sociais no âmbito da Educação superior,Empregabilidade e Empreendedorismo bem como dos principais agentes que podem colmatar essas carências. Estratégia comercial Implementar campanhas de captação e de engagement de clientes Banco Santander Portugal (todos os clientes universitários/ex-universitários dos - anos e docentes/funcionários universidades);Desenho da oferta para captação e rentabilização, incluindo gestão de parcerias se aplicável Definir e acompanhar os KPIs de crescimento de clientes e sua rentabilidade Acompanhar a rentabilidade das empresas Universidades e traçar as oportunidades de crescimento;Fazer apresentações regulares de acompanhamento da atividade;Acompanhamento com as áreas corporativas e demais áreas do Banco.

    Competências/ Perfil: Preferência experiencia entre a anos nas áreas de consultoria estratégica;Gosto por trabalhar com propósito e em responsabilidade social;Capacidade de interação pessoal e boas skills de comunicação e persuasão;Capacidade analítica e de síntese;Experiencia em apresentações e relatórios de acompanhamento;Ingles e Espanhol
