LBC is a business consulting and digital transformation company, with a training academy to serve clients, with experience in more than 1.000 projects in 17 countries and with more than 20 multilateral entities, such as the WB, UN, AfDB, among others.
REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience in a global management strategy consulting firm (like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte) with a proven track record of success in driving organizational performanceMaster's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferredStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insightsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organizationHigh level of adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environmentsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities effectivelyDeep understanding of technology trends, AI, tools, frameworks and best practices in the industry (cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development methodologies, and more)Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive for results and a focus on creating value for stakeholdersWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as neededRESPONSABILITIES The selected person will report to the CEO and the IT Manager and support the project management and the commercial teams with technical expertise.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the LBC portfolio of businessAct as a key advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-makingDrive the execution of critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetConduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansionCoordinate and manage communication between various teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and collaborationOversee the preparation of materials for board meetings, presentations, and other engagementsManage and optimize CEO's schedule, ensuring his time is allocated effectively and efficientlyFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across the organizationAct as a representative of LBC in internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.
