- Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12o Ano;
- Experiência profissional superior a 2 anos em Service Desk;
- Experiência profissional comprovada em Windows (Cliente e Server) e Office;
- Fortes conhecimentos em troubleshooting de Software e de Hardware, assim como suporte a End Users;
- Obrigatório a posse de certificação válida em ITIL Foundation;
- Fluência em Inglês;
- Capacidade de produzir documentação;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
- Forte orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos;
- Disponibilidade para horários compreendidos entre as 08h00 e as 20h00, de 2a a 6a feira.
