    A Adecco RH está a recrutar para a função de Administrative and Financial Assistant (M/F) para a área de Cash Application.

    Se possui experiência em tarefas administrativas, nomeadamente na área financeira/contabilística, e nível avançado de inglês então não deixe escapar esta oportunidade FUNÇÕES:


    • Receber e lançar encomendas de clientes nas respetivas contas
    • Investigar sub ou sobre pagamentos para permitir lançamentos precisos
    • Garantir o recebimento pontual do pagamento
    • Implementar ações para faturar novamente os clientes
    • Processamento de ajustes de contas a receber por erros ou omissões
    • Atualizar a base de dados das contas a receber
    • Registar débitos diretos não pagos para garantir a reconciliação adequada das contas bancárias e dos clientes

    REQUISITOS:

    • 12o ano completo
    • Experiência na área de contabilidade
    • Competências linguísticas: Inglês fluente obrigatório
    • Conhecimentos de SAP e Oracle Financial Applications será valorizado
    • Capacidade de se tornar rapidamente um usuário proficiente do Oracle Financial Applications

    OFERTA:

    • Contrato direto com a empresa cliente
    • Regime Presencial 4 dias de trabalho presencial por mês
    • 2a a 6a feira entre as 09h e as 18h
    • VB: 1000€ + SA: 9,60€ + Seguro de Saúde
    • Local: Paço de Arcos, Oeiras
