    JOB:

    ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCE ASSISTANTThe Administrative & Finance Assistant provides comprehensive support to the administrative and financial activities of the organization.

    This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, requiring attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Assist in the preparation and treatment of financial documents, such as invoices and suppliers documentsAdminister accounts receivable and accounts payableReview and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

    Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences account/bank reconciliationsAssist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.

    Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit processAssist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecastsAssist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and proceduresManage and organize office operations, maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records and documentation.

    Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or similar;Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.
    Effective written and verbal communication skills. (English is mandatory)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
    Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Location - Office (5 days/week)

    Compensation:
