    JOB:

    ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCE ASSISTANT The Administrative & Finance Assistant provides comprehensive support to the administrative and financial activities of the organization.

    This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, requiring attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Assist in the preparation and treatment of financial documents, such as invoices and suppliers documents
    • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
    • Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences account/bank reconciliations
    • Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.
    • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
    • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
    • Manage and organize office operations, maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records and documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or similar;
    • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills. (English is mandatory)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
    • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    Salary Range:
