Missão:
Maximizar o retorno dos activos financeiros através do estabelecimento de políticas financeiras, procedimentos, controlos e sistemas de reporte.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Manter controlos internos adequados que permitam a elaboração de relatórios financeiros completos, exatos e atempados.
Supervisionar os relatórios financeiros das equipas de contabilidade para confirmar a situação financeira atual e projetada, garantindo a integridade da informação.
Preparar o plano operacional anual/ e forecast.Rever os relatórios mensais dos Shareholders.
Analisar informações e opções através do desenvolvimento de relatórios em folhas de cálculo; verificar informações.
Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações para a direção, incluindo a respetiva documentação de apoio.
Rever regularmente os planos financeiros, cruzando os dados atuais com os orçamentos procurando oportunidades de redução de custos.
Examinar atentamente todos os relatórios e dados financeiros para verificar se existem discrepâncias.
Analisar e rever os dados dos sistemas ERPs.
Competências Necessárias:
Licenciatura em contabilidade/economia/finanças/administração de empresas.
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares.
Experiência em finanças internacionais.
Bons conhecimentos de matemática.
Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação para trabalhar numa empresa em expansão.
Capacidade de trabalhar bem sob pressão e com prazos curtos. Assegura que todos os prazos são cumpridos de acordo com as datas de fecho estabelecidas pela direção.
Possuir fortes competências em Excel e na sua aplicação às finanças empresariais.
Conhecimentos especializados em ferramentas de elaboração de relatórios (por exemplo, Power BI ou ferramentas semelhantes).
Bons conhecimentos de português/inglês (obrigatório).
Sólidas capacidades de comunicação escrita, verbal e interpessoal
Capacidade de gestão do tempo.
Stakeholder Management - Ligação diária com vários intervenientes em diferentes funções para identificar os factores comerciais subjacentes e apreciar o contexto da transação e as questões comerciais do terminal.
Orientado para o serviço ao cliente e para a resolução de problemas.Capacidade de prestar atenção aos pormenores.
