    Como membro da Equipa de Governação de Terceiros da CBS, o colaborador assegura a rapidez e a conformidade das aquisições externas de terceiros para apoiar os projectos dos nossos clientes.
    Nesta função, o colaborador alinha-se e trabalha em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas da empresa, bem como com a Organização Global de Compras e o Departamento de Conformidade.

    responsabilidades chave

    Processo de encomenda de consultores externos de terceiros no SAP Fieldglass, com estrita observância das políticas e processos internos;
    Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas da empresa para recolher e compilar as informações necessárias;
    Orientar e aconselhar os gestores de projectos ao longo do processo
    Compreender os processos de aquisição e os requisitos de apoio à gestão de projectos;
    Complexidade organizacional e operacional: Capacidade e disponibilidade para trabalhar em empresas e/ou funções que exigem elevados graus de interação e colaboração inter-organizacional complexa;
    Registo de inovação: Inovação operacional e resolução de problemas com base numa boa compreensão do trabalho operacional, do panorama de sistemas e processos e de factores empresariais internos/externos.

    competências

    Licenciatura / Mestrado ou acreditação equivalente (obrigatório);
    Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional em funções de operações de serviços ou funções de aquisição;
    Forte vontade de oferecer uma excelente qualidade centrada em serviços de apoio que sejam exactos, rápidos e que assegurem a conformidade com
    procedimentos operacionais, incluindo considerações financeiras e jurídicas.
    Forte capacidade de resolução de problemas e de análise;
    Experiência em serviços de contabilidade ou finanças (preferencial);
    Capacidade para compreender rapidamente a atividade e assumir a responsabilidade pelas tarefas atribuídas;
    Grande dinamismo, entusiasmo e capacidade de fornecer alta qualidade sob pressão de prazos e em ambientes complexos;
    Elevado nível de integridade e abordagem ética ao negócio;
    Extremamente orientado para os pormenores, organizado e com excelentes capacidades de comunicação (oral e escrita);
    Experiência com o MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint);
    Experiência com o sistema ERP da SAP. SAP Fieldglass;
    Inglês fluente (oral e escrito) é obrigatório, outras competências linguísticas são uma vantagem
