    Estamos com oportunidade em aberto de Application Support para cliente multinacional no setor bancário. Se és de Lisboa e/ou do Porto , aqui tens uma excelente oportunidade

    Application Support - Lisboa (m/f)

    - Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Informática de Gestão ou similar;

    - Experiência de 4/5 anos em suporte à produção de aplicações;
    - Monitorização e controlo funcional das aplicações
    - Gestão de incidentes, problemas, pedidos e alterações
    - Responder aos pedidos de informação dos clientes
    - Gestão dos acessos dos utilizadores
    - Comunicação de incidentes
    - Criar e atualizar a documentação da equipa e os guias do utilizador

    Competências técnicas:
    - SQL - Noções
    - ORACLE - Noções
    - ITIL - Prática
    - Valoriza-se conhecimento na área financeira

    Competência linguística : Inglês obrigatório
    Sistema de trabalho: Híbrido
    Nota importante: O CV tem de estar em Inglês
