    We combine the best in technology solutions for recruitment worldwide to help our clients, in whatever way makes the most sense for them.


    The Role

    We are looking for a super creative and ambitious business and partnerships developer, ideally with already some startup or recruitment experience, and hands-on in identifying and prospecting new accounts, networking on startup events, analyzing market trends, and supporting the launch of our new recruitment solution.


    Responsibilities:


    • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
    • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies.
    • Help develop and coordinate the sales team to achieve targets.
    • Maintain client relationships and manage communications.
    • Improve and operate our referral and partnerships program

    Profile:

    • Strong communication
    • Cool to have some experience within the recruitment world not mandatory
    • Basic understanding of sales principles
    • Enthusiastic and goaloriented mindset
    • Get out of the theory and execution mindset
    • You can and you like to speak with people to learn and use the info to solve problems
    • Some relevant experience in entrepreneurship, strategic consultancy, saas sales, etc.

    - Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

    • Based and legal in Barcelona

    Commission Based?Yes, not usual. But if it goes well, you could make a piece of every single invoice you help generate, so you could build unlimited and quite interesting revenue for yourself.
    Now, we are all getting paid based on success fees, and it's going quite fine.

    We are bootstrap, brave, and ambitious, so we trust this is transitory until we establish ourselves as the main marketplace/agency for non-tech roles in Europe and South America.
    So if you need a high fixed salary now, or can't stand working based on success fees, this is not the best moment to join us.
