Ce que vous ferez chez WebhelpEn tant que Conseiller en prévention des fraudes - francophone, vous devrez :contacter des tiers à l'étranger par téléphone et/ou par courrier électronique afin de vérifier leurs informations de paiement.Améliorer l'expérience du client dans l'utilisation du produitInsérez les données de nouveaux clients et les traiter en back-officeAtteindre et dépasser les objectifs contractuels

    Requirements

    Nous serons très bien assortis si vous :Avez un niveau élevé de français (écrit et oral)Expérience antérieure en tant que conseiller clientAvez capacité d'analyse et être à l'aise avec les outils matériels/logicielsÊtes rigoureux et avez de l'esprit d'équipeAvez de la capacité analytique Si vous pensez ne pas remplir toutes les qualifications de la description de poste, nous vous encourageons à postuler quand même.
