    Become a Customer Experience Rockstar in Lisbon (Remote for Dutch Speakers)

    This project offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service to a large online retailer, all from the comfort of your home in Lisbon

    Here's what you'll be working on:

    • Providing exceptional customer service: This includes actively listening to customer inquiries and concerns in Dutch, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Becoming a product expert: You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our vast product range to confidently answer customer questions.
    • Collaborating with the team: Working seamlessly with colleagues and external partners is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    What makes this project unique?

    • Comprehensive paid training: We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed, with a dedicated training program covering product knowledge, customer service techniques, and more. You'll receive a compensation of 213.6 euros for 5 days of training.
    • Rewarding compensation & benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary, monthly bonuses based on performance, and an attractive benefits package including health insurance, meal allowance, and relocation assistance.

    Monthly gross compensation:

    • 1,040.66 euros with room allowance
    • 1,298.11 euros without room allowance
    • Live in Lisbon, work remotely: We'll help you settle into your new city with relocation assistance, including a room allowance in a fully equipped company apartment for at least 14 months.
