- Coordenar a equipa de Demand Planners, que são responsáveis pela criação e ajustes dos forecasts;
- Gerir a equipa de Supply Planners, que têm a responsabilidade de gerir os pedidos, quebras e manter níveis ideais de stock da companhia (em lojas e plataformas);
- Formular e implementar planos de ação concretos, coordenando sua execução de forma a garantir a disponibilidade adequada de todos os itens ativos aos clientes;
- Promover reuniões de equipa, com o foco no planeamento de ações, monitorizando e acompanhando o progresso das respetivas ações;
- Identificar potenciais riscos nas previsões e no planeamento de encomendas, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de planos mais eficientes;
- Definir tipos de fluxo e condições de entrega alinhados às necessidades do cliente e da empresa;
- Garantir o uso padronizado, a manutenção e a melhoria contínua de ferramentas para o planeamento de previsões, gestão de pedidos e controlo de perdas.
- Habilitações mínimas ao nível de Licenciatura nas áreas de Gestão e Distribuição Logística; Gestão, entre outras;
- Experiência na área de Supply e/ou na área de Demand de pelo menos 3/4 anos;
- Domínio ao nível de ferramentas de MS Office, nomeadamente com o Excel (conhecimento avançado);
- Experiência em ferramentas como Google Clould Platform e em Microstrategy (preferencialmente)
- Fluência ao nível do Inglês;
- Excelente capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de equipa;
- Capacidade ao nível de gestão de prioridades.
