    Energy multinational is currently seeking to hire their Country Manager for their operations based in Portugal.

    Description

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth objectives in Portugal.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and local communities.
    • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance excellence.
    • Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
    • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
      Profile
      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
      • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the energy renewables industry, with a deep understanding of the Portuguese market.
      • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
      • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
      • Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
