    Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the timely and effective delivery of high-quality completion of programs.
  • Collaborates with Engineering leadership and Product Management to establish a single source of truth for program status and priorities for all managed programs – including reports or impromptu updates to leadership.
  • Monitor and maintain the ongoing progress and health of the program in flight while ensuring success measures are in place for each priority along with transparent reporting and decision making.
  • Mitigate risks; track and resolve issues.
  • Establish relationships with Program stakeholders to foster trust and engagement.
  • Support geographically distributed Product Delivery teams.
  • Demonstrate technical understanding through bridging the gap between technical and non-technical resources.
  • Provide program artefacts aligned with Program Management best practice.
  • Partners with their Engineering teams as a trusted advisor to drive continuous improvements in work management.

    • Requirements:

  • 4+ years of technical program management experience managing highly visible, large-scale, strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Experience in working and building trusted relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to delivery.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with an ability to break down complex concepts.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation Certified.

    • Nice to have:

  • Experience with multiple Agile frameworks (XP, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Agile Certified Coach (IEC-AC, ICP-ACC, CEC, CTC), or similar certification.
  • Customer-facing program management experience.
