    A HRB Solutions encontra-se em Processo de Recrutamento para empresa multinacional, líder no setor da Logística e do Transporte. No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um Account Payables Accountant (Trainee) . Responsibilities

    Enquanto Account Payables Accountant, o candidato selecionado realizará variadas tarefas na área de contabilidade e tesouraria para as várias filiais que trabalham com o nosso Cliente. Para esta vaga, destacam-se as seguintes funções:

  • Classificar e verificar todos os documentos de compra (ex: faturas e notas de crédito);
  • Assegurar o registo de todas as faturas associadas a compras realizadas pelo Cliente;
  • Realizar a reconciliação de contas para fornecedores;
  • Preparar mapas de auxílio à gestão da empresa (ex: pagamentos, recebimentos e informações sobre contas correntes);
  • Elaborar a análise e a justificação de contas, desde a contabilização de pagamentos até à gestão de possíveis incidentes nos mesmos;
  • Identificar e apontar possíveis desvios;
  • Articular com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros do Cliente, assegurando o bom relacionamento entre todas as partes.
    • Qualifications
  • Licenciado em Contabilidade, Finanças, Economia, Gestão ou área relevante para a função;
  • Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório);
  • Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Excel avançado (preferencial);
  • Experiência em trabalhar com SAP (preferencial);
  • Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas;
  • Perfil pró-ativo e dinâmico, com boa orientação para o cliente;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade;
  • Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal.
