    The Job

    Your Role as a Customer Success Specialist:

    • Drive exceptional customer success across European markets.
    • Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Transform challenges into opportunities, ensuring continuous delight for our clients.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through our products and services.
    • Maintain a respectful and solution-oriented approach in all interactions.

    The Profile

    What We Expect From You:

    • Excel in communication and teamwork.
    • Bring a positive, customer-centric approach with proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Thrive in delivering results independently and adapting to changing situations.
    • Embrace ambition, value collaboration, and enjoy sharing experiences.
    • Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and hold a high school diploma or higher.
    • Bring over 1 year of customer service experience to the table.
    • Fluency in German (Deutsch) to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
    • Have a B2 level of English proficiency for seamless communication.
