    FUNÇÃO E RESPONSABILIDADES:

    Enquanto Guest Service Agent (M/F), reportará ao Diretor de Alojamentos e ficará responsável por garantir o bem estar de todos os clientes desde o momento de reserva até ao check out, gerir de forma profissional e sucinta todas os comentários e observações dos clientes, bem como gerir e responder a comentários/reclamações nas várias plataformas online.

    Ficará também responsável por assegurar o cumprimento do programa Tivoli Discovery verificar e acompanhar necessidades de clientes VIP, GHA, Jornalistas e Entidades Oficiais, prestar informações sobre os serviços do Hotel e da região de forma a garantir um serviço de excelência, contribuindo de forma decisiva para exceder as expectativas do cliente.

    PROCURAMOS CANDIDATOS COM:
    – Sorriso genuíno – Boa apresentação e simpatia – Orientação para o cliente – Paixão pelo serviço – Postura profissional – Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa – Autonomia e Iniciativa – Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes em Hotéis de 4 ou 5 estrelas – Flexibilidade de Horários – Conhecimento de Português e Inglês e preferência por outra Língua Estrangeira (fluente ao nível da oralidade) – Mínimo 12o ano de escolaridade ou Curso Profissional adaptado à função – Bacharelato ou Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira ou Turismo (preferencial) – Bom nível de cultura geral e conhecimento do destino do hotel – Conhecimentos Informáticos: Microsoft Office, Internet, Base de Dados e aplicações específicas para a área de alojamento/ hotelaria
